The Anchor Manufacturing Line is a complete production system designed for cable anchor manufacturing. It includes a hydraulic power pack, strand de-coiler with brake, feeding mechanism, cutoff saw, dust extraction system, workbenches, and hydraulic rams for blocking, bulbing, and crimping. The line can be supplied with varying degrees of PLC automation, tailored to specific customer needs.
We offer various levels of automation across our full range of remote-control equipment. Clients can specify the degree of autonomy required, with features such as auto parallelism, auto hole finding, automatic drilling, automated anti-drill blocking, and actuator combination control for simplified up/down and left/right operator commands.

The Glass Wool Laminating and Packaging Line is a fully PLC-controlled production system. It is equipped with a glass wool roll-out station, laminating foil dispenser, glue application station, compaction roller, guillotine, plastic packaging dispenser, heated wire cutter, roll-up station, and heat gun shrink wrapping. The line incorporates a vacuum system generated by a blower at the plastic dispensing conveyor and features ionizing bars to eliminate static charge.
Our extensive experience in hydraulic systems includes the development of Hydraulic Power Packs, which are custom-designed for a wide range of applications and tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
We also offer our patented Hydraulic Transfer Unit (HTU), a sleek integration of a slew drive and hydraulic rotary union. This innovation simplifies hydraulic piping in drilling rigs by eliminating large hanging hose looms, which are prone to damage. Hydraulic flow is efficiently directed through the rotary union, and the HTU can be customized to individual specifications.
The Lifting Platform is a purpose-built solution featuring hydraulic jacks for lifting, controlled by a dedicated hydraulic power pack and electronic lifting and levelling system. These platforms are employed for tasks such as raising capping platforms to the tops of concrete stacker conveyor pylons, as seen at the Kusile Power Station. All design and manufacturing are conducted in-house to ensure the highest quality.
Our Mock Mine Facility replicates the look and feel of a real board-and-pillar underground mine. It is specifically designed for operator training, featuring concrete overhead and floor-mounted blocks to simulate soft rock roofs and faces, as well as granite blocks to replicate hard rock conditions. Operators can practice roof bolt, split set, and cable anchor installations in this realistic environment, and upon completion, can be confidently certified by the OEM.
In addition, we specialize in mobile crane design, tailored to meet client-specific requirements. This includes full finite element analysis (FEA), professional engineering design certification, and load testing. We also manufacture mobile working platforms to customer specifications, with similar design validation and certification processes.
Besides our standard range of mobile working platforms, we can manufacture to client specification. Our solution includes a full FEA analysis, P.R. Eng. Certification of the solution design as well as a load test certificate.
For efficient bundling of PC strands, our Strand Re-coiler with Power Pack offers hydraulic-powered operation, complete with directional control valves.
Our PLC-Controlled Wedge Splitter provides high production rates, accommodating various wedge sizes while maintaining tight tolerances.
